TLDR;
SD-WAN solutions are giving organizations more options than ever for connecting their sites. Thanks to lower cost, flexibility, and availability of internet; many organizations are exploring and adopting SD-WAN solutions. However, concerns around security, visibility, and internet provider SLAs (or the lack there of) mean that SD-WAN will not be replacing MPLS anytime soon.
